Understanding your needs
Our first priority is to meet with your team and discuss the business needs to define the problems that are being encountered. This involves taking a holistic approach to thinking from all aspects of the business as one simple business need can open up opportunities other areas in your value stream.
Defining the problem
We take our time to hone in on what the issues are and whether specific changes to a component may have a knock on effect on other areas of the business. This is an important part of the process as it ensures that the thinking is not siloed, and ensures success of during integration of a solution.
Ideate a solution
Using our experience we take all thinking and look at all potential solutions, as opportunity may come in various forms. Documenting thinking at all levels from absurd to the obvious can open up new ways of looking at the problem and potentially requiring the problem to be redefined.
Generating a proposal
WE then gather the solutions to submit an offer for your review. This part of the process involves meeting up with the business stakeholders and walking through a detailed plan of the solution and scope of the project. In some instances you may request more than one proposal, to further allow for a cost – benefit – risk to be conducted with your team.
